It is necessary that everyone should endeavour to maintain their health by eating plant-based foods as created by God.These foods created by God have medicinal values which if taken in the right proportion can go a long way in keeping one healthy and helping him or her to live long.
People spend time and money going to check their blood pressure level.But there are certain foods that can be taken on a regular basis and it will help regulate your blood pressure thus saving you from the risk of high blood pressure.High blood pressure as we know is one of the common causes of stroke.For instance fruits like pear has the medicinal effect of reducing hypertension and regulating blood pressure.It thus becomes an antidote against high blood pressure if taken in the right proportion.It is also a good source of potassium and produces a mild diuretic effect, all of which are beneficial for reducing renal disorders.
The issue of Longevity should engage everybody's attention especially in this turbulent world where men sit and see each other groan.And maintenance of your health is a simple adherence to simple dietary habit cultivated over the years.
For instance eating of fruits, nuts and vegetables and plant-based foods is beneficial for the proper functioning of the eye. These plant-based foods contain carotenoids. What are carotenoids? Carotenoids are natural dyes found in plant-based foods.And they act as oxidants helping to prevent macular degeneration of the retina.In these series we are going to tell you more things that you will do to improve your health and ensure your longevity.Man is created to live out his life span well and serve God well with his life. So don't toy with your health.Your life is precious and should be maintained.And the maintenance of your health is not by any exotic method.It is simply by following simple dietary pattern like an orange a day to soothe your frayed nerves, eating foods in their natural state as God created them whether cooked(for the food that needs cooking) or raw as oranges and ripe bananas.
