Right from the dawn of history humanity's problem has been the problem of sin.Man has been able to conquer space by landing on the moon. For instance in April 1961 the first man landed on the moon.He is the Russian Yuri Gagarin. A few days later an American spacecraft [manned] landed on the moon and the astronaut walked on the moon.
But man has not been able to solve the problem of sin.But thank God that He has given us a way out of sin .That Way is Jesus Christ the Son of the living God.In the gospel of John Jesus says ' I am the door, by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved,...' and in Hebrews 9.22 the Bible says 'And almost all things are by the law purged with blood and without shedding of blood is no remission.' So it is the blood of Jesus that will wash away all your sins if you will obey the gospel preached by Christ himself in Mark chapter 1 verse 15 where he says '...repent ye and believe the gospel'
Repentance means turning away from all your sins and confessing the sins already committed to God and begging Him to forgive you. Note our quotation in Hebrews above that without shedding of blood there is no remission[forgiveness]. So that when you repent God will forgive you for Christ sake.He will wash away your sins in His Christ blood. Then you start living a new life free from sin so that you escape hell fire in the end. See also Hebrews 10.14 where the Bible says 'For by one offering he has perfected for ever those that are sanctified'. And in 2Corinthians 5.21 we read 'For our sake he was made sin who knew no sin that we might be made God's righteousness in him'. So in Christ you are made righteous if you repent and trust in him to save you. Pray this prayer now for the Lord is at hand, 'O Lord God, I repent of my sins now [confess them one by one to God], please Lord, Jesus come into my heart and make me God's own righteousness with thy blood' I pray in Jesus name. Amen'.You are forgiven and saved, continue reading your Bible and doing the commandments of the Lord, see John 6.37

The Use of Computers
Computer is a mechanical device that accepts data as input and processes same as information. In other words when data is processed it becomes information. The computer has many component parts which include the VDU-Visual Display Unit, which of course is the monitor, the mother board, the UPS [ uninterrupted power supply],the mouse, the CPU[Central Processing Unit],and the printer. The VDU as the name implies is the monitor and it displays your work for people to see.For instance in Microsoft Word, the displayed environment where you type your document makes it possible for people to see the soft copy of what you type.It is an important part of the computer.
The Mother Board houses the memory capacity of the computer. This is an important part of the CPU.The CPU contains the memory and the Arithmetic Logic Unit [A L U]
The function of the mouse is to send data into the computer. It is an input device that sends data into the computer. The keyboard is also an input device that sends data into the computer. The Scanner is another component part of the computer. It is also an input device that traces or x-rays pictures, certificates or any other document into the computer in its original form. This can be used to send your original picture to your friend in the internet. All these input devices send data into the computer; and the data so keyed in can be printed out as hard copy.
This brings us to another component part of the computer called the Printer. The printer is an output device as explained above. All the data keyed in into the computer can be printed out as a hard copy using the printer.

Longevity_ Eating Healthy Foods( Part 1)
The concept of longevity should be of concern to everyone. It is necessary that everyone should endeavour to maintain their health by eating plant-based foods as created by God.These foods created by God have medicinal values which if taken in the right proportion can go a long way in keeping one healthy and helping him or her to live long.
People spend time and money going to check their blood pressure level. But there are certain foods that can be taken on a regular basis and it will help regulate your blood pressure thus saving you from the risk of high blood pressure.High blood pressure as we know is one of the common causes of stroke. For instance fruits like pear has the medicinal effect of reducing hypertension and regulating blood pressure. It thus becomes an antidote against high blood pressure if taken in the right proportion. It is also a good source of potassium and produces a mild diuretic effect, all of which are beneficial for reducing renal disorders.
The issue of Longevity should engage everybody's attention especially in this turbulent world where men sit and see each other groan. And maintenance of your health is a simple adherence to simple dietary habit cultivated over the years.
For instance eating of fruits, nuts and vegetables and plant-based foods is beneficial for the proper functioning of the eye. These plant-based foods contain carotenoids. What are carotenoids? Carotenoids are natural dyes found in plant-based foods. And they act as oxidants helping to prevent macular degeneration of the retina. In these series we are going to tell you more things that you will do to improve your health and ensure your longevity.Man is created to live out his life span well and serve God well with his life. So don't toy with your health.Your life is precious and should be maintained. And the maintenance of your health is not by any exotic method. It is simply by following simple dietary pattern like an orange a day to soothe your frayed nerves, eating foods in their natural state as God created them whether cooked(for the food that needs cooking) or raw as oranges and ripe bananas.

English Grammar: Concept of Abstract Nouns
Abstract nouns as the name implies, exist in the abstract. They are nouns that you cannot touch physically. Students of English must note that sentence formation with abstract nouns also require verbal agreement. For instance, to make sentence with the word ' knowledge' , the verb must be singular: one can say 'Knowledge is power' . Here the verb ' is ' agrees with the subject ' knowledge ' which is an abstract noun.
Next, look at the following sentence: ' Wisdom is required for success in any human endeavour ' . For the purpose of this discussion , ' wisdom ' and ' success ' are abstract nouns placed in the above grammatical context. They obey all the rules guiding sentence formation with nouns. In the above sentence ' wisdom ' is the subject of the verb ' is ' . And ' success ' is the object of the preposition ' for ' . A person who puts the verb ' succeed ' in place of the noun ' success ' in the above grammatical context would have committed a grammatical blunder. Equally if the verb ' wise ' is substituted for the abstract noun ' wisdom ' in the above sentence, then the student has made an incorrect sentence, grammatically speaking.
It is therefore to be very carefully noted by all speakers and users of the English Language that basic grammatical rules of agreement must be observed when making sentences involving abstract nouns.

The Working of the Nervous System
The brain is the centre of the nervous system. This article will centre on the brain as the centre of the nervous system. All the nervous responses from all the five senses are directly linked to the brain. They all have direct relation to the working of the brain. The antecedents of high productivity, creativity, relaxation and pure energy are all functions of the brain.
The brain itself is made up of billions of brain cells called neurons. These neurons communicate with each other with electrical speed. For instance if someone looks at a red cloth, there are certain internetworking of signals that work together to interpret first of all that this is a piece of cloth and another level of interpretation stating that the colour is red. Here the sense of sight is working with the brain to interpret the colour as red. All this takes place within seconds. We marvel at the wonderful creation of God. If you touch something that is cold, the signal is sent to the brain for the one to feel cold and interpret it as such. From the foregoing it is clear that the brain is really the centre of the nervous system.
